“Someone’s sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.” I love looking at wedding photos of my parents, and even the couple I have from my grandparents’ weddings. The idea that kids generations from now will get to look back at their parents/grandparents/great grandparents weddings and see a little snippet of their world is what I love most about this work! These photos are for you, today, sure – but they’re also for them. All the people we have yet to know.
